Shopy9.com is entirely dedicated to 100% Customer Satisfaction. You can return the product, if you are unsatisfied for any reason as per the following terms and conditions, within 7 days from the delivery date with Original Packaging.

Terms & Conditions:

• All Refunds or Returns are acceptable for return within 7 days from the delivery date if they are damaged, defective, quantity issue, description mismatch.
• The product should not be used for more than one time.
• Situations, where a customer does not like the product irrespective of the fact that the description was accurate, will not be accepted for refund or return.
• Your product will be replaced or the refund against your product will take place only after the clearance of quality check done by us of the returned product.
• Products with any physical damage like a damaged box, missing parts of the product, missing manual or accessories will not be accepted for return or refund.

Note: The Shopy9.com team has the right to accept or deny the return request on the basis of the explanation presented/ shared by the customer. It may vary from case to case.
